Newly Redeveloped

Brywood Centre is an 183,464-square-foot redevelopment project located in Kansas City, Missouri. The city of Kansas City and T-L Brywood, LLC, the shopping center owner, have entered into a redevelopment agreement, which involves Tax Increment Financing and a Community Investment District, for its redevelopment of Brywood Centre.

The future of Brywood Centre includes a new building façade, outlet availability along 63^rd Street, enhanced lighting features, new building and site signage, and significant landscaping upgrades. Additionally, renovation of the existing Price Chopper Food Store is now complete. The refurbished store features expanded deli, meat, produce and frozen departments, as well as a state-of-the-art bakery and fully developed liquor department.

Brywood Centre is located at the northwest corner of 63rd Street and Blue Ridge Cut-Off in Kansas City, Missouri.
